One of the hardest parts of the body to lose excess body fat is around the mid section, known as the love handles, or spare tire. With all the exercises, all the long cardio workouts, all the painful diet restrictions, the fat remains.

Maybe I’ll try holding a dumbbell in each hand down at my sides and lean to the left then lean to the right a few hundred times. Guess what…..Wrong!
