low carb diets does not work always…
i think underlying reason is the physical activity
iand it is always a time consuming activity..

I do agree. But that is one of the golden nuggets to effective long term weight loss.
Physical activity should be incorporated into one’s lifestyle. The benefits of exercise is amazing - lower blood pressure, lower LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and increases HDL (good cholesterol), blood circulation, and many others.
It is true that there seems to be little time available to devote to exercise, but exercise can be added during normal day activities.
